Well, as with the stock market, don't put all your chips in one basket. Be sure that the premises behind these offers of eternal luxuria have been responsibly audited and have the standard disclaimers.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. Also remember, where ever there is a lot of money to be had, there will be tons of fraudulent people after it.
