I have to admit that I am starting to fantasize about triple digit share prices as well :) Reality is we still have a long road ahead to rap up the litigation. But one thing this does for us is increase the pressure on the state. If you assume that the state will just sieze the leases if an adverse court decision were to force drilling, then the potential payout from such a taking has just headed north. So the risk to the state has just increased dramatically. This should make them much more amenable to a settlement. That is if we are dealing with rational people.
