Andy and Silviu: Your ongoing optimism is a sigh of relief in light of the fact that, with the DD that can be made (and I have) on the Company itself, certain items that should be taken for granted are possibly MAJOR oversights by company management. Silviu, are you really saying that CLN researched some property FIRST without actually knowing who the rightful owner is? It sure seems to me that the actions were taken in reverse order. If they weren't dealing with the right guys, couldn't they be in serious trouble for some type of property infringement if they physically did anything to it? Perhaps not, but I'd appreciate hearing your opinions whether or not the "rightful owner" issue should have been ID'd before beginning property valuations/agreement discussions. Thank you ... Rick
