Anthony and everybody else on this thread. Press release by SATH on 1-28-1999. CEO says he would consider an acquisition offer from another internet company or broadcast company.

Why would SATH CEO want to sell the company if the company prospects are so good to the extent that many bulls believe this stock will go to $50 and higher. I remember AOL turning down a supposed offer from ATT couple hundred points ago. Seems AOL was right and CONFIDENT about their business prospects that they decided the company would be worth more to shareholders in the long run if they sold out.

IS SATH LOOKING TO CASH IN WHILE ITS GOOD OR JUST HYPE BY CEO?

But on 1-29-99 Dawn Woods director of communication says the company is not for sale. Maybe the CEO was out of the country at the time SATH corrected the statements he made a day earlier.

SATH bulls is it in the shareholders best interest to sell or hold out if the company prospects are as great as many of you proclaim???????
