I ran a quick check of insider transactions:

Just one:
Ken Olson, a director bought 10,000 shares at about $1.50, so a $15,000 transaction on Novemeber 14th.

Someone else listed as an officer, titled as Medical Biology Institute has been a major seller, all told 280,000 shares sold between Early Novemeber to mid January. I do not know how this insitute is connected to LDAK, or if anything should be read into the sales.
