Gee, these quarterly excuses are becoming a bit tiresome... This doesn't sound like any sort of accounting error, at all. The company had, yet another, bad quarter and in desperation tried to bill some business which they couldn't actually ship. Now, in order to distract attention for the poor quarterly results they're trying to focus on this $800K in order they didn't ship. The fact is that even if they had the $800K it still would have only kept the quarterly revenues in line with the previous quarter--virtually no sequential growth.

Let's compare this with the statements made 6-9 months ago about 40-50% annual growth and $65-70M revenues in Y2000.

I don't know what the deal is with Spectrum, but, its increasingly looking like one of those "just over the horizon" stories that never seems to really pan out. My biggest concern is that the "ramp" in this type of business is never going to really occur as more and more integrated solutions are reduced to chip level.
