Thanks for the welcome & NETM clarification; i.e., OS vice available float. I did some reading on trends and did some textbook charting per TASC. I have the immediate break out when the price breaks 3 1/16. The more conservative break out level would be 3 3/8; the last minor high prior to reaching the last major low on the downtrend started in Dec '95. Good Luck. LB
