it looks like their going to have to issue a lot more shares down here to pay their lawyers, and for additional financing in which they will need. i thought you should print stock when your stock up not getting killed. how many shares does the company have outstanding with all the converts,warrants and future dilution-do they have enough money to survive-this baby is a dog? i wish i kept my short but its hard when the management basicly guarantees a buyout!!! at least i was never long/
