Just because it's propaganda doesn't mean it's not true. A simple mathematical relationship explains public life in 1999: Politics = Propaganda Why else would the Repubs keep on trying to tar the Democrats with the "Clinton-lover" brush? Not that it's working.... In contrast, Clinton scores points with swing voters every time he steals a part of the GOP's domestic agenda and calls it his own. Sure, it's propaganda, but it works, unlike the GOP's sad substitute for an agenda, i.e. impeaching and trying Clinton for lying about sex.
