kerr - asc website? If there is a site I haven't seen it. The Weekly Summary I refered to is obtained hardcopy by subscription. Insider trades have to be filed within 10 days of doing the trade, I'm not sure of specific requirements re: financing filings. Personally I find the private placement details often interesting just because of some names that sometimes keep appearing. If you want to followup with the ASC and try to figure out what they may be able to provide to your computer go for it - the Director, Information Technology is Dave Herbert and his email is Dave.Herbert@gov.ab.ca You'll probably get passed on to the Information Officer - Bonny Beswick.
