Valueman,"since Loral owns 15%" Lorals ownership has dropped roughly 50% when figuring in the dilution of CDRDs most recent financing deals. The chips being completed in June doesn't really matter a lot imho, but delaying the service only 3 months is pushing it. It doesn't leave any room for error in manufacturing of either the chips or radios.
