From an old article dated July 8th, '98 in the Ottawa Citizen titled: Portrait in Profit by Micheal Lewis.
"Jetform controls 80 % of the global market for computerized forms, and that fact gives it a running start in the much larger workflow arena, where automation processes across an organization are all based on electronic forms.
Jetform, regarded as an e-form pioneer, is now the number two supplier of workflow software, claiming about 15.4 % of the market, while leader FileNet Inc (FILE) Ensemble has a 15.8% market share. About a dozen smaller players account for the rest.
....also noted this statement regarding a takeover Mr Kelly, CEO "He said he's not aware of suitors in the wings, though the door could be open if the offer is right."
At these prices, one would have to assume the takeover process would be more likely, IMHO
