Vman, which came first, the chicken or the egg? (Lucient chip delay or Proton launcher delay) I would bet chips. Proton isnt the only bird in town. Granted the others are booked but Loral has an Ariane coming available in the fail. Sea Launch will be up by then and let us not forget Loral has an 'in' with Zenit ;-) Jeff Vayda
