Given the correct amount of 'go juice' anything can get into its desired orbit. The key to getting money is to get into orbit. The key to getting into orbit is money. Seems to be a catch-22 here. I will be buying into CDRD after my G* and Loral buys start to produce. One thing about the satellite industry is that things slide to the right, the smart player will 'bank' on that.
