WASHINGTON, Feb 8 (Reuters) - SGI Partners LP said Monday it lowered its stake in National Discount Brokers Group Inc. <NDB.N> to 7.6 percent, or 1,064,659 common shares, from 15.15 percent, or 2,123,059 shares. In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, SGI, based in New York, sold 1,058,400 shares between February 3-5 at prices ranging from $28.06 to $42.73 per share.
