IdeaLab was working on caching a few years ago, and this looks like a relaunch of the same technology with the business aspects worked through better. Its later to market than matchlogic/Excite or Mediametrix . And its not clear if there's any benefit in going for the low-income demographic interested in a free PC - these recipients are going to feel like guinea pigs in his little Lab!
