Just saw this on Raging Bull but don't have time to check it out. Has anybody heard about this? Regarding, "no litigation to speak of", the suit by the Fish Family Trust against defendants Patriot and Nanotronics alleges failure by Patriot and Nanotronics to pay for the Java Chip technology and seeks return of the technology to the Fish Family Trust. The suit is a matter of public record and was originally filed as A 98CA709 SS in Texas Superior Court on November 16, 1998. It and was just transfered to San Diego Superior Court.
