LOR is a functioning company with revenue while CDRD is a concept with projections and a lot of debt. Nothing solid upon which to base a market cap. Personally, I would rather invest in companies that are actually producing results. I disagree with CDRD's earlier valuation because it was all based on "if this, if that, if all goes well".

Now all hasn't gone well and the stock has tanked with nothing to support it. Not that CDRD ever cared what I thought of its price.

No stock cares. That's important to remember.
