omar (i'd reply directly to you but my browser freezes when reading your message), where is your web page? be sure to copy a link here. i'm still planning on buying some goodies. keep in mind that i 1. started a new job 500 miles away from my previous job, 2. i'm apartment hunting (found it), 3. planning my move (i'm typing laying dow :-(), 4. finding work for my wife and 5. missing my wife.

i'm very busy now but this should only last for another month or so.

as for the lawsuit, yeah, $0.30 per share isn't much, is it. cost benefit, imho. costs less to settle than to fight. bottom line. actually, the settlement is very week. the market cap drops over $120 million and nfli pays out 1 3/4% of the losses.

anyway, i don't have a position, yet. i'm still perturbed i got burned so bad last time. but i want about 300 shares. my gut tells me we'll be flat this q. how will the market react? dunno...

i almost bought 200 yesterday, but held off. resolving the lawsuit didn't scare off the shorts like the sec deal did.

good luck :-)
