Chris, You should be applauded for your honesty. For the past week you have been the person presenting the most accurate and reliable information on this page, and without HYPE! Although this ZE technology is very interesting and an advancement on the 14.4 and 28.8, I don't think that it is really the quantun leap in access times that we all desire. Two components of the cable-modem technology that are advancements (the incoming cable speed, and the return speed) are actually degraded with the more user s that are on any particulaar segment of the cable, and the outback signal is really not a very fast rate of speed. What we are all looking for is very fast incoming and outgoing access, and I think that particular technology will only happen with the rewiring of the cable system. Any information on companies with significant advancements with this technology? Thanks, Nick Gassaway
