Syncrude, I recieved an email a few days ago, that said:{pharaphased}

'Watch Bunting, when the first block trade gets crossed, that is a sign that the funds are accepting the offer.'

I believe that once ABX offered the $5.50 for the lock, that they would play hardball after that. They are the smartest negotiators on juniors that even existed. That's why I've watch this stock so closely. The way and ability of them to give the impression, and to have so many believe it, is what makes this stock fun to watch. Like Arequipa, the juniors just don't know how to fight Barrick in an intelligent way. Yes ABX was willing to pay a 10% surplus to the company for a lock. Even with all the added news results, the stock has not assertain that offer as of yet. The PP and it's dilution is what has hurt the long term success of ARP, and has resulted in a lack of faith in ARP managment. This is why those that do not believe ABX will have 50.1% are deciding to sell now before they find out that ABX may not extend or increase their offer. ABX may not sound confident, but they don't have too. The ARP managment sound less confident.
