I think you might be looking at the warrant situation a little wrong. What Is known is that at current valuation of plco, plcop should be at roughly 13 (given a close today at 2.25). So, 2.25 x 6 is 13.50 for plcop. Now, we all know that it is not trading anywhere near this. WHY? who knows. But with regard to the warrants, which allow you to buy one share of common stock, I believe, any current price is relatively expensive, as the common stock is roughly 1/2 of the five dollar mark.
In other words, right now, based on the common price, plcop is undervalued, not plco. Since the warrant refers to the right to buy plco at 5, it is currently very expensive. If the warrant refers to the ability to buy plcop, which i doubt, then you have something.
