I don't know if it's that so much as the brokerage houses not knowing that the RS didn't go through. I had this happen to me on another stock, it had a symbol change, 1:1 and I was unable to trade until I called it in directly to the broker. Thank the good Lord that I felt compelled to do so, as the following day it saw a RS of 4:1.

I am still nervous and not feeling secure at all about PLRP at this point but I still hold the last bulk of my remaining shares.
