Hi Jen - still shaking the tree
Given AGORA's post this morning on the forthcoming 'in depth' News articles that should come later this month in the financial press and the weak market depth on the Ask side - there's nothing to be concerned about IMO.
This is how the market depth finished up at the close today:
BID ASK Vol Price Vol Price
5,200 @1.31 2,500 @1.37 16,000 @1.30 7,500 @1.40 3,000 @1.26 1,000 @1.41 4,900 @1.25 4,200 @1.43 2,000 @1.21 10,000 @1.45
Doesn't look like very much downward pressure to me with just 15,200 shares being offered at less than $1.45. Today's volume was a good 289,700.
I'm looking forward to the end of the month when the detailed reports of the eMerge Alliance will start to appear in the financial press (or have already started to appear). That's also time when the first phase of the $CAN14M financing (i.e., $CAN6M) is due to be in place.
Why is is VNE going down - take your pick: may be some profit taking, shorts covering, impatience of some penny stock investors who want to make 50%+ with every short-term trade and can't wait a month, too rapid a rise with the 'Buy the Rumour - Sell the News' folks also contributing to the fall in the share price...I'm sure there are other reason's as well.
I hope to have some DD back from Citibank sometime this week.
Give it another 2-3 weeks and we'll be rocking again.
