Kim, The real question is when this game going to begin? The game has never started and never will start unless the Mexican government gets the will to allow it to start. At this time, an investment in Metalclad is a bet on the outcome of the NAFTA lawsuit. If a landfill should be allowed to open, great. That would be a bonus. In the meantime, the stock is priced at a sizable discount to the most likely Tribunal award based on the facts of the case. GM
