You doubt this: 'The PP and it's dilution is what has hurt the long term success of ARP'

Consider this: ARP is at $5.25 on close, 36,654,889 shares {assume 2 million more coming} Market Cap: 192.4 Million

Let's assume that the Value of the property goes to 400M
Without dilution: $10.90/share {36,654,889 shares} {107.6% ROI}
With dilution: $10.35/share {38,654,889 shares} { 97.1% ROI}

Dilution of stock is never good for share holders. So you don't want to quibble about $0.55, then why haven't you surrender your shares?

Do it again Marty, and your return goes lower.
