Citibank feedback to 'moi'...

Here's some of the feedback that I received this morning (missed it as forgot to update one of my passwords on my system during a routine reset - must have half a dozen here and there).

Anyway without posting everything...

Dear David

"...
I believe that the eMerge Alliance will be making statements jointly, and given the success of the last few days at the Internet World show in Toronto, our next statement will be at least as positive as the first!

From AGORA's post this morning about upcoming coverage:

[ From VNE's PR arm ]

"Our National Papers (Globe, Post, Sun Corp.) have chosen to write more extensive articles on the alliance rather than dismissing this as a "blip" on the radar screens of the business press. Look for full feature stories in the Globe, the Post and the Star. The journalists that I have spoken with clearly recognize the significance of this announcement and wish to adequately prepare a well-rounded story rather than a news brief.

Similarily, every publishing house (LTI, Plesman, Maclean-Hunter and the Publishing House) in the Canadian technology trade press have conducted interviews and this initiative has been very well received. The trade press typically have lead times of 2 weeks to 1 month before we see the articles in print. Industry analysts on both sides of the border have been briefed and all provide a solid foundation of endorsement. You will also note the involvement of Citibank has attracted a number of U.S. journals to follow this story - look for upcoming articles in both ComputerWorld and Wired News.

Yes, some will say "Well that's just the company hyping its stock" - frankly I don't care anymore about such comments.

I went to the big player in this Alliance and I'm very happy with their response (above)> I'll be doing more DD as we move forward.

Who knows - given Citibank's presence we may beat BII to the punch and take off before them :)

If C:NYSE doesn't mean anything to some then so be it - this is what I'm looking at:

citi.com

Just a matter of time now.

David.
