Henry:

I had seen a copy of the AFP release, but I had not seen the original posted in any forum that I trusted. I therefore communicated with friends, many of whom are watching you make as ass of yourself, that it was a rumor until confirmed as non-bogus.

I was scrambling to find the news and bring it from "rumor" to "confirmed" before the market closed. If I had been able to do such, I would have posted here. I was not able to do such, but I traded for my account based on what I had in hand.

Now, there are twelve individuals that can confirm this, many of whom you communicate with here at SI. Again...... you are making an ass of yourself. The AFP release was *out* before the close, and I had it. I didn't feel like posting it as "fact" to SI, because I still thought that there was a small chance that it was bogus.

I don't consider "RUMORS" to be public info, so when you said that you saw the
news BEFORE the close, I put the "RUMOR" in the "inside info" category.

A scientist makes observations, and comes to a conclusion based on data. You make conclusions, and make the data fit them.

You have no justification to accuse me of using inside information. None. You owe me an apology, not more explanations of your logic.
