Rod, I believe WinKrypt, Burnit, and Softram are released. The "big" release we are waiting for is Windrenalin.

You are correct about their white paper. I looked for it and found the same old page on their Internet site. I have written an e-mail asking for the page to be updated either with the whitepaper or a new date. This may be an oversight of their webmaster or the paper may be late. We will see.

Each investor will have to judge for themselves the implications of the QA position. As a DP person I have worked at companies with and without such departments. It was not an accurate indicator of professionalism or ability in my experience.

After doing the math on Reg S and Warrants, EARNINGS is the variable I will be using to adjust the value I place on this stock. This puts us back to the basic questions of :

What products are ready to sell?
and
How many boxes will be sold?

In my opinion

If you believe SYCR can sell $10 million dollars of software this year, as I do, the company is a definite buy with a value between $3.63 to $6.37. McAfee sold over $47 Million in Septembers 96's QUARTER.

If you believe SYCR has ghost products, sell and short.

P.S. My interest in promoting SYCR is that I am long on SYCR. Would I be wrong in guessing you are shorting SYCR, or hoping to buy at a lower price?
