Low cost drilling. (Thought's brought on by an email from Tomas) With the majors pulling project after Upstream project off the "to do" list would it not be the time for the pure small upstreamers to take advantage of this and drill to their hearts content? I mean exploration drilling cost's are today way down compared to only a few month's ago. If everyone is going to "mothball" their project's aren't we going to be in for an inflation in cost's once the going get's going? I for one would have problems with Sodra shopping around for cheap platform time. The Borgny is supposed to be in the region and it seem's rather inane to ship it all the way to the North Sea for a mothball run... Just a thought, Greywolf
