as of Jan 20th there were over 37 million shares outstanding, of which 5 million had recently been converted and dumped by insiders. On 2/3/99 IMON paid to register the below shares for insiders, (excuse the "-" but SI does a terrible job of formatting tabs)

____________________________Exercise_____Proceeds
____________________shares___Price________to IMON
Common Stock______657,500____$.05703______$37,498

Common Stock______315,600____$.47529______$150,000

Common Stock______946,800___$.47529______$450,005

Tota______________1,919,900________________$637,503

so for $637,503, ANOTHER 2 million shares will be dumped bringing total outstanding to 39 Million, a Market Cap of OVER 300 Million; not bad for a company with no Sales.

cheers
