AOL said when it discussed the NSCP purchase, that IE would continue
to be the "browser of choice" for AOL users. Look, I use both Nav-
igator and IE and there has always been choice--both were free. This
is nothing more than a govt. ruse to suggest as you do that there is
no "honest choice." It is too bad that our tax dollars are being used
to pursue Microsoft on behalf of its competitors--the Feds even had
to go out an hire a big bucks lawyer to argue its case...wonder what
his hourly fee is? (You may use "competitors" interchangably with
"politcal contributors.")

Win or lose, this case will be on appeal for years--a loss at the
district court level will have little short-term effect on Microsoft
or the price of AOL stock.
