Lynn, Didn't they (the shorts) pull this same stunt with DBCC between the time of announcement and the time of filing of the DBCC IPO?? They really did not affect the price of DBCC...which had risen from a much lower price level to around 18...very much...and when the IPO approached, DBCC went from 18 to the high 40s...People who waited didn't get hurt by any dramatic price plunges...JMO..
