So Delbert,

Under your rules and conditions, as long as the body of the baby is inside the mother, she can give the go-ahead for a "doctor" to stab the cranium with a scissors and suck out the brain? What if the baby is only half-way out? What if its just a big toe left? It's not a person yet?

I know this is an extreme example, but I really would like to know if you think there is such an absolute line to draw.
