Personally, I cannot imagine how anyone could do that procedure. Letting the head come out but not the body, then shoving a scissors into it's brain and see it jerk and spasm as it dies. Maybe they sedate it first, that would save the mother feeling her baby die. But how can anyone be so cold that they could do that. It's beyond me. I suppose their could be health risks in some cases that make it a choice between the mother or the baby. But if a child is that far along it may survive on it's own with intensive care, at least he/she should be given the chance.
