Bob, I understand what you are saying. I am trying not to make this an emotional discussion. I simply want to understand what "rights" are in these situations. Some firmly believe that a woman has a choice as long as the baby is in her body. My question to Del is not intended to conjure up feelings but to practically examine the issue at hand. Does a mother have the right to deny life to a viable fetus? If the answer is yes, at what point does she lose this right? Tom
