Welcome to the thread. I too has the same questions when I first invested in CKFR a few weeks ago. There are many on this thread who really know this industry a lot more then me, but my interest is basic common sense.

Letters are now email (digital), cassette tapes are now CD's-DVD's(digital), both voice and video are now becoming IP standard again (digital). Bills and CASH are next.

Banks and major billers will drive this business both in the short & long term. It is these industry segments that will market to me, joe customer, and save money.

Because of the economies of scale that CKFR can provide its customers, AND its relationship with the banking/financial community, CHFR is and will be the market leader. That IS barrier to entry. Period.
