Just remember:

1. For quarter ended Sep '98, they had 14,591,336 outstanding shares. If all outstanding warrants are exercised the total raises to 35 million.
2. For quarter ended Sep '98, they had $12,452 revenue. This represents $12,000 in ad sales, and $452 in music sales.
3. As of Sep '98, they had $148,030 in assets, down from $509,751 the quarter ended Jun '98.
