I think he is ALMOST as silly as anyone who ponders a word the idiot says. He said he sees a 5 to 10% correction from the highs. DUH, we have already had 5% of it, so now the guy is some guru! Oh yea, and "it can be more" if interest rates go up. No %hit? Really?
