<Where'd you get such bum info? APM is doing a death spiral.>

I got an e-mail from a contact in the industry and I was asking Stitch if he had heard the same. It could be right or wrong. Even if it's right, winning business with Samsung is no sign of survival.

But the point is if they have a qualification for the next gen Voyager 6 more or less in the bag, that would take some pressure off. Winning a contract for 3.4 was not very impressive. If V6 is a 4.3 program, that might be interesting even though it's still not ahead of the game. Question is, can they get anything going with other buyers.

I would also like to see APM bit the dust and clear the way for a stronger head supply, but then it may not be so simple. I'm not really interested in APM, but I thought you might be as you've always claimed to have a short position. If you've got any contacts that have information about these programs, maybe you should check it out.

Maybe La Traguhs has some information as he seems to have his ear to the ground on most of these issues.

You continue to say the company must close, but the market continues to have hope. Have you set a schedule for when APM must put up the goods, or shut their doors? Are you totally sure that a buyer won't come to the rescue?

Regards,

Mark
