I don't have a clues where all the additional shares came from. I can take some guesses and might be right and might be wrong. 1. Stock Promoters I believe added to the float and OS. 2. The other shares I believe were part of deals to get the financing for the acquisitions. Normal operating procedure for any publicly traded company who is strapped for cash. That is why they go public in the first place; is it not?
