I understand that Red. That's what I've been trying to say all along. Take a look at what happened during the Voisey Bay area play. Many of the juniors with ground even remotely close to the DFR discovery saw their share price jump from pennies into the $'s per share range (to long ago to dig up change in market caps). Many of the area play juniors were able to raise large amounts of money at higher share prices (without a lot of dilution) because of the area play. They through a drill or two into the ground, hoped they would hit but came up empty. For that matter, they never really expected to hit anything in the first place because they had a pretty good idea DFR had already staked all the best ground.

The point being that area play juniors will benefit if NWI has continued success. It increases their chances of raising money at higher prices. They will drill a couple of holes to see if they get lucky. If they do; great for shareholders. If they don't hit anything, then not so bad for shareholders because they hopefully kept enough money in the kitty to acquire and drill other properties. If the play fizzles, then they've wasted some resources by joining the staking rush. Big deal, the way the market is for juniors right now, I support management that chases the flavour of the day. At least I'll have a chance of getting some upside on my investment.

Don't listen to me though, I'm a novice investor.
