I didn't check on stock quote today and just found your post. It's shocking. Somebody must have sold the stock whatever price. Only on 29,000 shares traded today. Carnegie Group 1996 annual meeting will be held next Tuesday 5/14. Many of insider have shares for the exercise of options by May31,1996. How would it effect stock price? I plan to call upon Mr. Manzetti in the morning to see any news. Let's watch more closely on CGIX. stock was offered last nov. at $8. As company revenue growth at 38% and opeating income @65% from last year same quater, I would see it as buying opportunity if stock drop below 8 or lower unless some fundamental of this company change. See the annual meeting note page 11 for insider's option information. insider(13 persons--directors and executive officers) own 32.8% or 2,296,194 shares. What do you think??? I am going to hold it and see about annual meeting. You may also call 412-642-6900 for Mr. Manzetti. Hope you can find some positive prospect of the company too.
