I can see why a broker might want one of the 'nuts backed 100% with real money, but 4X commissions? The word 'valuation' (or really 'over-valuation') is getting a lot of lip service in the media these days. I was actually short YHOO and AMZN about 18 months ago, but covered out of fear. Too bad I didn't actually buy the stock then. Probably could have got a YHOO Feb $50 call for pennies back then. :)
