JG, Agree with your assessment...rather disappointed that it was done at all in light of the recent $2 million dollar loan they procured....Did they need the $$$$??? Then they should have gotten a $3million loan instead of $2 million... What was the purpose of dilluting the shares even more so???? This slight of hand financing certainly took the wind out of this stock and did not treat current shareholders with any respect....I for one am very disappointed and hope the company stops yanking our chain with clandestine efforts such as this..... PS ...Management should not bury announcements like this behind any "monthly" updates.....rather bogus IMHO...
