James, my apologies. I owned Lidak from 94 - early 96. The earliest releases I got for them were from '93 so I never knew of the collaboration. Funny they never provided an update or anything on it after all these years. Lidak's President, Dr. David Katz, is also President of the Medical Biology Institute (MBI). MBI granted Lidak the rights to their technology which was under development at the time of the agreement, which includes their LMI technology as a vaccine to treat various cancers (melanoma trial in Phase I/II). In return I believe MBI got a bunch of shares of common stock in Lidak and a small royalty on product sales (3-5% I think). Sincerely, Michael Collins
