LaVerne: Thx, the open-comm evolution searching for its revolution is taking place all around us, its knowing how to tap the source. Its a shame online marketing has yet to hit the FNet site. If you know your sites, the FNet web page is a dead link. But that's another story I won't get into. Just this small concept Spiral-Branding can make a huge difference. Savvy marketers are using this concept to create a three-stage branding spiral. First, you use TV, print or radio to get people interested and send them to the Web. Second, you use the Web to get those customers involved (via specialized content and interactive services). You also collect their e-mail addresses. Third, you use e-mail to remind and incent them to return to the Web again. E-mail closes the loop and starts people around the spiral again. nuff said.....<gg> btw...the numbers for FNet this last quarter sucked, but that's just my opinion.
