Could someone answer this question so I can post it over there. As new also wouldn't mind knowing myself.I have an idea but that could be wrong.I do know they can go down.
Thanks Wendy
I am new to the investment business. Would someone
please explain what happens in the event that
a company like ARP was taken over by a company like Barrick, and I as a shareholder did not
tender my shares to the Company doing the takeover.
Are my shares in ARP still valid and are they
worth the same after the takeover or does ARP
cease to exist and if so what happens to one's
shares. I thank you for any comments or advice
you may have on this.
Regards John Corrigan
