Hey grayhairs I trust that this is good news. It seems that at these low prices I have been accumulating even more STF. Got to stop using "Good till Cancelled Orders". On another positive note I spoke to Pam De Bruycker 2 weeks ago, she confirms that the private placements have been closed and the funds in hand. Which means that they have sufficient cash, and there are greater fools than I out there. Since they ( a mixture of private and corporate investors); paid nearly price the market rate. I wonder why? Pam also advises that Imperial has responded, to the notice of default and have indicated that they will proceed with due speed. Reading between the lines I have the impression that it may be hard to detect movement on the part of such a large dinosaur/corporation. In the meantime the waiting continues. Later Keith
