As I posted on the NAVR thread THIS IS POSITIVE!! This is the first official press release confirming the IPO will be filed. The first "in writing" statement from the Co. Their was nothing significant about the 60 day period, nothing legal or binding. Just a statement from the Co. NAVR said itself in the CC they would meet the 60 days with a press release if they weren't going to actually file by the SELF IMPOSED 60 day period. And that they did! Hey guess what, An offering With an allowance of share allotment of IPO shares as a dividend to holders of record takes more time to file. Get the hint? We may or may not get a dip at the open, but smart money will come in fast, This is a definate accumulate up to the IPO. This will eventually outperform MALL & DBCC during their IPO run IMO DC
